Kids ages 2-4 and their adult are invited to join us for Adult+Me Mat Time!

This special program is free and open to members and non-members through the month of August.

Toddlers, Littles and their caregiver(s) will be guided through games and activities that engage, activate and inspire our youngest students to follow direction, move their bodies with intention, use their most important too - their voice and be part of a team.

Adult and child participants are welcome to wear any clean comfortable clothes they can move in. No buttons, zippers or other materials that could damage the mats, please.
Shoes and socks will be removed at the edge of the mat.
