Kids ages 2-4 and their adult are invited to join us for a special Adult and Me Mat Time on the third Friday of the month! This class is free and open to members and non-members through the month of August. Invite your friends!

Toddlers and Littles will be supported by their caregiver as our Coach guides us through activities and games that support our students as they learn to listen, move, follow direction, use their voice and be part of a team.

Adult and child participants are welcome to wear their gi, or any clean comfortable clothes they can move in. No buttons, zippers or other materials that could damage the mats, please. Shoes and socks will be removed at the edge of the mat.

Minimim of 1 adult for every 2 children, please.
