Train Jiu Jitsu in Lone Tree, CO

We offer co-ed Jiu Jitsu classes 6 days a week for adults, kids and teens with a weekly class for women only. We train Gi and NoGi with a beginner program, advanced program and a sponsored competition track.

At GRPL HAUS, we show up with a positive attitude, ready to learn, test and grow. We set goals and work hard to achieve them on and off the mat. We lead by example, welcoming new students, and encouraging one another to reach our full potential.

A1 - Fundamentals - 60 minutes. Open to all ages 15+
A2 - Advanced (GI and NOGI) - 90 minutes. 2+ stripes required.
W - Women all levels ages 15+

Please arrive 15 mins before your age-group’s scheduled class so we can fit you for a trial gi, acclimate you to our space and introduce you to your coaches. Feel free to train in your own gi if you prefer. No payment required. No penalty if you change your mind.
